Barry A. Mac Ban has been rated AV/5.0 “Preeminent”® by his peers in Martindale Hubbell for over 30 years. He began his legal career in 1971. David F. Toone is rated AV “Preeminent” ® by his peers in Martindale Hubbell. Previously a partner in two Tucson law firms, he has been a Senior Associate of Mac Ban Law Offices since 2003. David graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1987 and is admitted to the Arizona Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. David has practiced extensively in the areas of appellate law, public entity liability defense, insurance coverage, and general liability defense and has extensive experience as a first-chair trial lawyer. Since joining Mac Ban Law Offices, David has practiced primarily in the areas of medical malpractice defense, professional liability, and complex tort litigation. Michael L. Linton is rated AV “Preeminent”® by his peers in Martindale Hubbell. He has over 10 years of experience in litigation, handling health care liability, elder abuse, professional board review matters, and complex tort cases. Prior to joining Mac Ban Law Offices, he was a Deputy County Attorney with the Pima County Attorney’s Office, where he served in the Civil Division and the Criminal Division, prosecuting homicide, fraud, and other felony matters.
